Prices: All prices on the Trinity Art Mart web site in the Trinity Art Mart Catalog are presumed accurate at time of printing, but can change over time due to costs, schedules, and availability. Delivery Times: Some pieces of sculpture are shipped directly from the sculptors' studio. Please contact us for approximate shipping times as these times can vary on each piece. If a piece of sculpture is completed and painted it can usually be shipped within a week. If a piece of sculpture has to be completed and painted times can vary due to the process and schedule. You may also refer to our web site www.trinityartmart.com for additional work of that sculptor. All commissioned work schedules will be determined prior to the sale. Shipping: The shipping and packaging/crating costs will be quoted for each piece of sculpture prior to any purchases. Most all smaller and medium sized pieces can be shipped UPS or Federal Express; we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Approximate weights and sizes are listed in the catalog and web site for most pieces. Larger pieces will be shipped by a trucking company. Arrangements can be made for pieces sold within 600 miles of the studio location for personal delivery. The above conditions of shipment are for domestic shipping only. Please inquire to customer care for international shipments.

Our guarantee: Most pieces of sculpture are shipped to you with a 72 hour right of rescission, meaning that you have 72 hours from the time of shipment acceptance to return the piece of sculpture in its original condition and original container if you are not satisfied for any reason whatsoever. All sculptures including shipping costs must be paid for in advance of shipment to you. If sculpture is returned, all freight charges for the return will be paid for by sculptor. All funds paid by customer will be refunded promptly upon return of sculpture in the manner in which they were paid.

Payment Methods: All payments are made to Trinity Art Mart. We accept checks, money orders, Visa and Master Card. Commissioned sculpture payment arrangements will be made prior to order acceptance and the initiation of the work on the commissioned sculpture. All sculpture prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change prior to order. International order pricing will be determined at time of order and shipment. Sales tax will be collected for any shipments/purchases made in the state of California.
